Chancel Choir
This choir is open to all adults, young and old. They lead worship in our 11:00 AM Traditional Worship service on Sunday mornings, but they will sing at the 8:45 Traditional Worship service on occasion and other special services when called upon. Choir practice is Wednesday nights in the Choir Room, which is located on the basement level.
Special Choirs
Christmas Choir meets on Wednesday nights from August until early December in preparation of a special Christmas Program with the Chancel Choir. The Gospel Choir practices from January until Spring to host a Gaither Homecomeing-like program for the church and community.
Instrumental Ensemble
Instrumental Ensemble is open to those in senior high school or older. The ensemble provides accompaniment for the Chancel Choir at the 11:00 worship service and for special choir programs.
Musicians
Musicians with an intermediate or higher level of playing ability are needed for special occasions, such as accompanying Sunday School Classes, small groups, Vacation Bible School, church picnics or other church events.For more information on any of these music ministry opportunities, contact Ron Bean (256) 773-0158

The Carillon Choir meets on Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 PM The Handbell Quartet meets on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM
Youth Handbells
Notations (Jr. High) meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM Copper Clappers (Sr. High) meet on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM Children’s Handbells (grades 3 - 4) – Meet on Tuesdays from 3:00 – 4:00 PM All Handbell classes are in the basement.

Learm More about The LinkShannon Booth is the youth minister here at Hartselle FUMC. The youth ministry is focused on relationships, worship, and service. We have a weekend on-site retreat in February called Discovery. Senior high students lead the weekend for the Junior Highs. It is a very meaningful experience that is one highlight of our year.

Music MinistryHope House provides help to those who have basic needs like clothing, linens, and other household items. We desire to minister to others by helping them through challenging times. Open Tuesdays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
